Outlook Therapeutics Inc (OTLK)

I wonder if OTLK got their license approved by FDA. This drug is extremely important to the public. It is one of a kind. That is why Europe recognized the value of the drug when they approved it.

How's them low .60s now ?..Didn't get any did ya ? Now you gotta buy. 90s.....suckers. Just hold and wait.

Insiders loading up before the rocketship 

The only ones that lose are the outsiders who invest their hard-earned money. I have been involved in many corporate FDA Remediation programs and I believe this company will succeed in implementation of this new drug.

these stocks are like this
FDA approval the stock skyrockets 1000%
no FDA approval the stock crash 99% and throws in the towel and claim an tax loss.
in the mean time it's lottery ticket for insiders and some shareholders.

and either way, in the mean time, management, and board of directors making millions whether the FDA approves it or not. insiders and management has nothing to lose.

You can bet the farm OTLK will get the license on the new drug. When that PR hits the wires the PPS will soar like a Saturn Rocket!!!

Who is pulling the PPS down? This stock should be over $1.00 per share by now. I hope OTLK is not dumping more shares!!!

When the PR comes out on the license for the drug, the PPS will soar.

Sounds like a fair target to shoot for.

That is why I think it will go much lower too. R/S plus 600M more shares. If 60 cents can not hold, then 34 cents....is the next...

OTLK needs a strong PR to run the PPS above $1.00. I hope they aren't dumping more shares into the market. They need to wait until the next major run up. The new drug is worth millions to OTLK. Approval for the license should be just around the corner.

They are voting on a RS July 16th - up to 50 to 1 so it could actually go much lower, if they thought they could break a buck for 10 trading days why would they want such a large split? They are also wanting to increase the AS from 260mil to 600mil. The math just ain't working for a positive outcome IMO

It went up 300% already, and it was 20 cents near bankrupt condition. Company issues more shares three times. Nothing is guarantee! I know approval chance could be high this time but If it receive CRL again, this company is finished! I think real run would happen after approval.

I was right about this stock. It could drop back down to 60 cents before it going higher. But still under $1 before approval or CRL in later July or early August.

Moving higher on lower volume

WTF is wrong with these companies? Always take the easy way out and ask for a Reverse Split to increase the value of the stock.

To drive up the stock price, we need 50 million shares traded to push it over $1.00.

Why is the stock price going down? Is the company dumping shares? The share count is at 160,150,000.

That is why Trump fired those 2 clowns in the FDA to ensure release of drugs needed. Europe approved the drug already so the FDA should not have held it up. Now all that is left is a license issued and the labeling finalized which is easy and quick.

This stock should be allowed to run up past $1.00 to ensure Nasdaq compliance.

Profit takers? A lot of shares were sold much lower so a certain amount of profit taking can be expected. Should just make it's run over a buck that much easier with the sellers out.

Nothing is guarantee. It has happened so many times during the past. I think true run up will be happened after approval. Before that happen, it will be up & down but still under $1....

Yep They could have waited another two weeks for dollar land

Sold my position at .80 . Then the offering came out.... RE bought .65. Offering will be close by tomorrow already. Up $22k in 4 trading days.. let's hope it continues. 

Guess you missed the PR the other day. - FDA directed to discuss final labeling - so I guess that shoots your claim into smitherines

They must let the stock price run up beyond at least $5.00 in order to stabilize their position. This is not the time to dump shares. I am holding tight on my shares.

Lol. The company should give support and no share dumping at this time. The time to dump is when the stock price is at $10.00 plus.

Agreed. Wainwrong is worse than that. But, I have to thank them for some cheapies.
