Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents common stock granted under the Issuer's Amended and Restated Stock Incentive Plan on February 11, 2022. The grant will vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of thegrant date. The award was for no consideration other than service as an officer of the Issuer.
