By the way we are still short with free shares, made wealth from 7.00 area down, after the first RS from that crooked ceo mark hanchet, his company never was going to be anything of any value, him an his board directors made off with millions from the ipo, no revenue, no sales, an no big investors would fall for the trickery. We'l soon cover everything an sit an watch the fiasco unfold. I would not want to be long going into this though, not yet anyway. Once it is completed, this merger, verde directors will run the company, it's sector has some potential to make money but time will tell, GL an use caution imo
