Natures Miracle Holding Inc (NMHI) 銘柄情報

NMHI delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC. Stock ran up from $1.26 to $3.50 and then dropped back to $1.26 on 166 million volume. It appears some unscrupulous cads drove the PPS up on crazy volume knowing the stock would be delisted at the end of market. That ought to be a crime investigated by the DOJ and the SEC.

("FTC"), an Ohio-based financial technology, data systems and energy integrator company with access to 100MW of electricity in Ohio. Both Nature's Miracle and FTC intend to exchange information for the understanding of consummating an equity transaction in which Nature's Miracle will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of FTC from the stockholders of FTC in exchange for shares of common stock of Nature's Miracle.
