Is the dumping over? Might buy at close if they dont trash the price before then.

Sold my puts, now long....

I think MOBI has the potential for another run....maybe even bigger than march. Here's hoping at least

From up near $13 to $8ish...

Not yet as bad as 2011's fall from $20 to around $2....My best guess is that most holders got bagged at over $9, and it may get another news driven pump over $9 imo....but by the end of the year my $ says a big drop.

Check the chart, in 2011 MOBI got pumped to $20 before falling all the way back to $2....google Citron's research on them from that pump, lots of sketchy claims that they did a good job of chronicalling.

Now of course the pump crowd is saying...Oh, but this time is different. Personally I don't think a leopard changes its spots. My $$$ says down big by the end of the year.

Tried to go short today....

Couldn't borrow the shares from my broker...gonna have to think about switching.

Here Are The Next Levels To Watch On Sky-Mobi (MOBI)

1. MOBI reported better than expected earnings and the stock is rallying on the news.
2. Based on the volume and price action it would seem as if we could see some follow through on the move.
3. A few institutions were active in the name today which signals that new commitments may have been made.
4. The chart below shows the resistance levels or possible turning points ahead. It will take a decent amount of volume to take it up into the 10.50 area.

Not gonna get much real DD here...hard to do actual legitimate Due Diligence on a company that doesn't provide annual and quarterly SEC filings like 10Ks and 10Qs

Forward looking and safe harbour protected...they can alter/amend/cancel the 'expected' buy back at any time.

And calling toutsheet hype DD is a bit of a stretch. Outfits like optionmonster and stockreversals??? Gimme a break, stockreversals own disclaimer says you can't trust their information, that its for entertainment only...I wonder how entertained those who bought in for $10+ feel? Look at the volumes there, a lot of shares were dumped on the herd at the highs and imo it ain't going back there to give retailers a chance at escaping the bag.

Pump and dumps don't just happen with penny stocks...remember the days of the dot bombs. At least those companies usually filed SEC 10Ks and 10Qs. Where are MOBI's AUDITED financials?

look at this upswing. I've been expecting good things out of MOBI, long time coming.

I'm long at 6.90, support seems good at 6.50ish.

Massive selloff today, big volume. The good news is we will accelerate quickly when we pick up from here. PPS has stablilized in the high 7's. Some are calling for imminent 10.0 PPS, and a high ceiling of 14.0 to 18.0 is likely by August of 2014.

MOBI is oversold! she will rise again.

Let's hope for a gapping up morning and rally into Friday. $MOBI has volatility and some bad days where selling takes precedence, but rarely two days in a row. MOBI was "The Street"'s candidate for fallout Wednesday so with that notoriety this temporary downtrend was not unexpected. While some have taken to bashing this stock, I think the intelligent plan would be to see this as a new buying opportunity IMO. Don't squander this.

About a month ago, you saw 10's, now you see 5's and you use the word "worthless." (Fives are not worthless, they represent a year over year gain.) It is textbook basher to make stuff up as you go along, depending on your position. I hope you're prepared for what comes next. Probably 11.0 before 5's, if the actual chart is any indication.

Thanks for giving us your motive on your sleeve. If you're a buyer at 5, you won't be buying anymore IMO. And that's that.

The S&P 500 has climbed 23% so far this year, and is poised to have its best year since 2003 assuming the current pace continues. But analysts are arguing that after a robust summer for the stock market, investors are starting to become wary as to how long the positive numbers will last.

One of the main causes behind volatility in the markets is a deeply-rooted skepticism among investors about the utility and virtues of quantitative easing (QE), a debate I will try to sum up right now.

What federal banks essentially do is print money and control interest rates, with a goal to keep inflation stable and relatively low. Now, inflation is usually thought of as a bad thing. In my distant youth an apple only cost a dollar, and now it costs two. I also went to school in a frozen, one room shack – and the walk there was uphill both ways.

I might be exaggerating, but inflation is actually even more complicated than that. Because with some inflation, my debt can be easier to pay, and my liabilities go down, which means I can spend a greater portion of my assets on myself. This means that, theoretically, if you encourage just the right amount of inflation, consumers (and businesses) will be more likely to hire, expand, and spend – without people worrying that they won't be able to afford things like apples.

Now, usually the Federal Reserve controls inflation levels by raising or lowering interest rates on the debt that it issues. By doing so, they're easing or expanding the amount of capital in the market.

But in the wake of the financial crisis interest rates hit rock bottom. This left the Fed with no way to add extra liquidity to the markets without printing extra money – which it did, and still does to this day.

Critics say this makes it difficult to tell whether stocks are doing well because of a healthy economy, or because of easy money. However, a large consensus also agrees that without some QE, the recession would have been a lot worse.

Investing ideas

The only way to completely beat the uncertainty – in the markets and in your wallet - is to pull out of the stock market altogether. But we like to play the market, so instead we have to find ways to minimize risk. One of the ways this can be done is through diversification. By ensuring your portfolio includes investments across multiple industries, markets, and types of companies, you lower the risk of losing too much on one bad call.

We decided to search among small cap stocks for investing ideas, with the hope that just the right amount of inflation would encourage these smaller businesses to spend and grow.

We began by screening for positive sentiment from institutional investors, demonstrated by significant net institutional purchases over the last quarter, representing at least 5% of share float. This indicates that hedge fund managers and mutual fund managers expect these stocks to outperform going forward.

Next we narrowed down our list by only looking at small cap stocks with prices below $5.

We were left with six stocks on our list. Can QE and changing inflation rates help them outperform in the future?
