Hah that's close. Ive got 200 shares and am now averaged at $2.64, having bought and sold it several times. Just as an aside u might look into HGBL and look to buy in at anything under $2.95---I've made a bunch of money there. Strange thing happened Friday as it opened up over .75 and was up over 1.10 as I remember---I sold 1/2[200] at $3.76 but it went to $4.20 before settled right back .and ending up down. I have every confidence that there's zero downside from $around 3. Hope it helps.

GTX was founded in 2006 in Cologne, Germany as a mobile messaging specialist by seed investor Venista Ventures. GTX offers global SMS services for B-2-B customers, providing business partners a robust and easy-to-use system to send SMS to end-users at the best possible quality and attractive pricing. GTX does not see itself as a SMS-only messaging provider, rather as a one-stop-platform for clients aiming to extend their messaging activities on different channels, e.g. WhatsApp, Chatbot on Messenger and Rich Communication Services (RCS). GTX will for now continue to operate with its existing team supporting its customer base. MIND acquires GTX for EUR 250 thousand in cash. The transaction is expected to be marginally accretive to our earnings per share, excluding acquisition-related expenses, in fiscal 2020 and thereafter. MIND’s financial results will include the acquired company’s results starting the fourth quarter of 2019.

The acquisition is anticipated to be completed shortly, subject to customary closing requirements.

Taking into consideration our dividend policy and the remaining cash after the distribution, our Board declared on February 22, 2018 a gross dividend of $0.30 per share. The record date for the dividend will be March 8, 2018 and the payment date will be March 22, 2018. Tax will be withheld at a rate of 20%.

I totally agree with your analysis. I was mystified by the drop in the stock price until I looked into the dividend policy.

tk...I have owned this stock for 3 years.

take a look at a 3 year chart, once the ex dividend date is past the stock drops and folks sell off. It will rebound again towards May when the 1st qtr fins are out. They have new business and less employees so the numbers should be better then last year. The annual dividend is mostly based on their profits, as the qtrs. are released you can get a sense of the dividend amount. 2016 was a bonus year for us because the Divi was much greater than the overall profits.

MNDO is a cash cow and is a undervalued and unnoticed stock. Each year I purchase stock once I see bottom...last year I got stock at $1.97....at that price the 2016 dividend is 16 percent plus the appreciated value of the rise to $2.90

The CEO is very sharp, she cuts costs and manages a very tight business model. Be confident and patient, the stock will do well.

PE is currently in the neighborhood of 10.

Checked with Vanguard about my div$.

I'm good for the div $ even if I sell tomorrow. But like I stated, I may hold longer term, depends on what I read in the next PR or financial report.

When you factor in the .32 dividend, you're actually sitting on a gain. But I wouldn't sell in the $2.40's either. Next earnings report should be in early May. I think the numbers will show a slight improvement. Last year they said they won a multi-million dollar order that would boost 2017 results. They didn't really say anything about that in the last earnings PR (a bit disappointing). So maybe the lift will come later in 2017, not so much in Q1.

Regardless, I'm still holding MNDO.

I'm not willing to sell for a loss this cheap.

I expect PPS appreciation when the general market turns positive.

Supposedly a rising tide raises all boats.

Do you know when the next quarterly report is due?

You should check with your broker. The important thing is the ex-dividend date. If you're holding MNDO or any other stock when it opens down by the dividend amount, that dividend will be paid to you at a later date. Whether you're still holding the stock or not at that later payment date is meaningless.

Also, purchased my shares in the 2.70 and 2.74 price.

I have my shares at Vanguard.

The last time I had a stock for div$ was a year or so ago and I sold before the div was paid and I didn't get the dividend $. That was with TDAmeritrade.
