Shorts are desperate to keep this at $2.50 and under. Why sell? Why would anybody sell to the shorts? This will be $5.50 here shortly. Price has been hovering around $2.50 since the end of July, and you can imagine they need it lower.

One positive revenue recognition announcement from the acquisition and this will be trading at $4.50 in zero time flat.

Aww.. No fun on the short squeeze. Where are all the bulls at? Some interesting ask blockage coming out of nay where on the level 2. It is pretty amazing. In all honesty, I hope the shorts take out another 10% of the float from these levels.

Once it begins trading above the 50 day, how many really believe it to trade underneath it for long? It should hug that line relatively closely. Downside? It looks like a triple, quadruple bottom if yay ask nay.

I could be wrong. Wrong is what I could be. It doesn't matter to me though, I've got money to burn.

Possibly. I did some math this weekend looking at revenues, market caps, etc. and I think that based on comparables this should be anywhere from $9 to $25 per share.

We rate NOVATEL WIRELESS INC (NVTL) a SELL. This is driven by a number of negative factors, which we
believe should have a greater impact than any strengths, and could make it more difficult for investors to
achieve positive results compared to most of the stocks we cover. The company's weaknesses can be seen
in multiple areas, such as its unimpressive growth in net income, disappointing return on equity, poor profit
margins and weak operating cash flow.
HIGHLIGHTS
The company, on the basis of change in net income from the same quarter one year ago, has significantly
underperformed when compared to that of the S&P 500 and the Communications Equipment industry. The net
income has significantly decreased by 120.7% when compared to the same quarter one year ago, falling from
-$7.89 million to -$17.42 million.
Return on equity has greatly decreased when compared to its ROE from the same quarter one year prior. This
is a signal of major weakness within the corporation. Compared to other companies in the Communications
Equipment industry and the overall market, NOVATEL WIRELESS INC's return on equity significantly trails that
