Change of composition of compensation committee of the board of directors

 

On May 9, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lixiang Education Holding Co., Ltd. appointed Mr. Guoliang Chen to serve as a member of the compensation committee replacing Mr. Zhaoxiang Wei with effect from May 9, 2023. Mr. Wei resigned from the compensation committee of the Board due to personal reasons. Mr. Wei will continue to serve as a Board member.
