Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 23, 2010, Scott E. Young informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position as the Senior Vice President of the Company, in which he serves as president of the Company’s hospitality business and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Young’s employment will terminate on or about April 2, 2010, but he has agreed to continue to be available to assure an orderly transition of his responsibilities. The Company plans to engage a firm to conduct an executive search, and in the interim, Mr. Scott Petersen, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer will oversee the activities of the hospitality business.
