Sure enough other vaccines have been known to cause acute pancreatitis or inflammation of the pancreas as I suspected.

Notably, the rare occurrences of vaccine-induced pancreatitis extend beyond COVID-19 vaccines, with reports also documenting associations with measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR), human papillomavirus (HPV), and other viral vaccinations.

Covid vaccine did in fact cause inflammation of the pancreas in some, if it can, that means other vaccines could as well. Since the pancreas plays a significant role in GLP hormone production, that means vaccines could be causing the dysfunction GLP medications are effectively filling in for. Thats the basic theory I am working on.

If this is successful then this further supports my theory that vaccines are damaging the pancreas leading to the issues GLP medications are trying to address. If this gene therapy worked, it would be effectively turning back on what vaccines seemed to have turned off via damage to the pancreas caused by an inflammatory state. Vaccine leads to excessive immune response, leading to cortisol release and inflammatory state, that inflammatory state leads to inflammation of the pancreas and subsequent GLP production issue. Something like this is my current believed chain of events.

If this therapy worked, it would kill the need for all those GLP meds out there, and thus the possible need for Dtech for it, goodbye! At least theres CBD + Dtech!

i've found the opposite to be true with these small companies with valuable IP. Harvest cost basis to reduce taxable income and then let the price skyrocket.

I believe we have another Altria "no thank you" or maybe a buyout down the road at below today's market cap. That would explain the recent SP and this week's SP as it points to write off. MGT gives hope followed by the reality of failure. If this stuff was as good as MGT has presented -- the SP would be flying higher and partners lined up instead of investors waiting for a financial funeral. IMHO

This is something I thought to be very bullish for the MTA back in December when Trump signed the executive order. However, it seems it took until now to finally implement:

Yes, as of April 23, 2026, the Trump administration's Justice Department has officially reclassified state-licensed medical marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III under the federal Controlled Substances Act
This delay could be why extending MTA is necessary but it also could explain why MTA goes until the last minute; usually last minute news is bad but this would be an exception if the DOJ slow to act reclassification was delaying things.
Interestingly, stocktwits board went from pumping to bashing...
Of course Ive always believed the MTA was CBD related.

Amylin is an example of a pharma that lost its revenue and the stock went up afterwards before an eventual partnership with Eli Lilly that the CEO was connected to. If you applied that same principle to Lexaria, then thats Sun Pharma as CEO Christopher has ties to it.

For instance, in a 2021 study, patients who took once-weekly semaglutide injections lost an average of ~15% of their body weight - as compared to a 2023 study of oral semaglutide which also resulted in patients losing ~15% of their body weight. However, regardless of the mode of administration, most patients using GLP-1 drugs experience unwanted side effects (or adverse events) that are primarily gastrointestinal ("GI") in nature. In the 2021 study of injected semaglutide, 74% of patients experienced GI side effects, whereas in the 2023 study of oral semaglutide, 80% of patients experienced GI side effects.In a very large 6-year study of over 125,000 patients, it was reported that 46.5% of patients with, and 64.8% of patients without, type 2 diabetes, discontinued use of their GLP-1 drugs within 1 year. Equally interesting, 47.3% of patients with, and 36.3% of patients without, type 2 diabetes subsequently reinitiated use of GLP-1 medications within 1 year. Given that GLP-1 drugs were initially approved for use by diabetics, it is not surprising that those with this serious medical condition were less likely to discontinue use, and more likely to reinitiate subsequent use, than those people who used GLP-1 primarily for weight loss benefits.From a strategic perspective, Lexaria understood that losing roughly half your customers could not have been a welcome development for the manufacturers of GLP-1 drugs. Jimr likes to troll me from time to time because I post on Teslas board showcasing Teslas going out of control, spontaneously combusting, or suffering Whompy Wheel issues due to the Hutchison Effect; Hutchison Effect causes the spontaneous fracturing (and other phenomenon) of metal components which would explain why Tesla has had this issue for over a decade even in brand new cars. Another thing ive tried to warn people about is the potential medical issues that can be caused from being exposed to too much EM radiation. I havent really profiled it yet, but I am seeing more accidents involving medical episodes leading to crashes that this exposure could be causing. The public doesnt really know how dangerous EVs (computers on wheels) really are. The problems I highlight in Teslas can happen in any EV. Its just that Teslas gets the most exposure in the media and therefore has the most evidence for which I can collect.

Live action Aladdin star's 2019 Tesla suffered Whompy Wheel issue after only 3 days of having it, the wheel just suddenly broke off. Thankfully he wasnt driving very fast when it did.

There is evidence to suggest Mitch McConnell's sister in law died because her Tesla also glitched and drove her into a pond. Theres video footage of the Tesla lurched forward 2+ times before suddenly reversing into the pond for which she drowned in at her home. Usually the Tesla just cremates you. This one entombed her.

Stakeholders are more than just investors/shareholders and stakeholder, when mgmt says it, may not always include retail. That said, there is reason to believe Lex management cares about even the small investors. That said, building value does not necessarily mean increase stock price. Unfortunately, management can build value in regards to IP and lining things up for commercialization, as they have been doing, and the price continue to decline. Manipulation at its finest. Still, value IS BEING BUILT. So protect your investment. What im doing is holding a core position and swinging a small portion to help mitigate losses if funds continue manipulating this down and we see a RS. How you handle it is up to you.

A RS does not seem likely at this time only because they have yet to release plans for 2026 including their promotional plans. These things should have an accretive impact on the price but you never know.

IMHO I made a very bad investment that mgt will milk and probably eventually sell for next to nothing with some cash for themselves at the expense of investors... The way the following quote flows, Lexx talks with Big Pharma are connected to DHT-CBD for hypertension, at least back in 2024. This fits inline with why they would change CEOs, the MTA, & Scientific board that specializes in Cardiovascular issues. I have to wonder why marketcap would decline from 60m to under 20m since then given this revelation? Nothing has happened to reduce Lex's potential or worth in that time. In fact the risks associated with Lex have only decreased. That said, it did allow me to acquire shares cheaper than I otherwise would have been able to.
On ST ive been somewhat critical of Lex mgmt because I worried about potential corruption, especially due to the timing of the December offering. However its looking more like these guys actually care about their stakeholders including the little guy. Nice change after what ive seen with other companies where mgmt and board are truly self serving.
