Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 4, 2023, Iridium Communications Inc. announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable on December 29, 2023, to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2023.
