I guess investors weren't too impressed by the recent merger or Monday's "news-free" business update. Maybe they're still waiting to learn about the status of XERI's $500 million lawsuit against XTI(A)? At this rate, XERI could end up owning 100% of the TriFan IP, since XTIA could soon be a delisted shell company with very few assets.

Wrong market! The TriFan 600 really won't compete in the Urban Air Mobility (ie, Battery Powered Flying Taxi) market. It's designed to compete against Light Business Jets to carry wealthy individuals, CEO's, etc from vertipads / helipads near their homes or offices on trips averaging approximately 500 miles.
That''s a vary different market -- and, fortunately for XTIA -- it's a proven market with much less competition and far easier path to FAA certification.
Unfortunately, XTI and INPX did a shit job making that point to investors.

Xeriant should only accept the $5.4M cash from XTI Aircraft. That is the XTI Aircraft liability to Xeriant. Now that XTIA's stock is half its original value, Xeriant should only accept payment of equivalent valuation in cash. Or if stock, then likewise of equivalent valuation. If stock at all, then therefore currently about double the original share quantity. The XTIA stock is too volatile and undervalued for Xeriant to accept as XTI Aircraft's liability payment.

XERI's Second Amended Complaint has NOT been dismissed! In fact, XTI's recent response (yesterday) only made a motion to partially dismiss the complaint. It did NOT represent a finding by the court that the complaint was without merit and should therefore be thrown out!

The merger went forward because XTI and INPX simply ignored the signed Letter Agreement (an Exhibit attached to the Complaint) which is far more recent & relevant to the lawsuit.

Read the JV agreement. Which is what the court will use in their determination. Explain how it specifies in the agreement that ALL of the VTOL Technology and all other assets developed by the JV shall be assigned and transferred back to XTI but you continue to claim just the opposite. Timing is everything. Why did the date for XTI to file for the dismissal of the BS XERI/XTI case happen the same day XTIA was created. It's over for XERI because they never had any claim to TF 600 IP to start with.

Those calculations are based on a total misunderstanding of XERI's equity interest in XTIA! XERI owns 3.6% of XTIA just from its $5.4 million investment in the XTI JV! That doesn't include any additional equity for its role in orchestrating the merger between XTI and INPX which is the basis of XERI's $500 million lawsuit against XTI.

Here is one of those XERI PUMPERS that I was talking about. Looks like XTIA will be created tomorrow so where is the equity that XERI was to get. They obviously didn't stop the merger. Maybe you can find it here in the INPX filing. Will we ever see an 8-K showing any XTI equity going to XERI, doubtful.

I did mine from my XERI/XTI JV days. That was when the TF 600 was going to use a Hydrogen fuel cell for electric. They also changed to PUMPING the use of the NEW GE catalyst engine. XERI have a typical OTC BS lawsuit with XTI and have already had their case against the toxic lender Auctus dismissed. This is who XERI used to gain the $5+ mil. I doubt if the XERI/XTI case goes much longer.

XTI IS way behind. I remember when they talked about using hydrogen power. Doubt if INPX can compete with BMWs financing abilities or R&D. TF 600 hasn't even made a full size test flight. All they have to date is a 2/3 scale that has managed to complete a few hover tests. What do they really have that will keep a $4 price.
