NASDAQ waiting til peeps were in over their heads to halt it should be criminal liability for NASDAQ - they never pay the price for fleecing investors and it time that changes so they have skin in the game to prevent blatant disregard for a scammish ticker like this.
Why didn't they halt at $15 - $20 - or $25 why did they wait til it neared $40 a share that was previously trading at a buck or two?

This is crazy what the NASDAQ did here. This 8-K proves that everything was in order. T12 Halt minimum 90 days could be up to 1 year. 99% of T12 halts are open in pennies. Not good

(NASDAQ: INHD) (the “Company”), a holding company incorporated in the State of Texas and a trade-focused electronic products trading company with operations primarily in Hong Kong through its Hong Kong subsidiaries, today announced that it has entered into an At-the-Market (“ATM”) equity offering sales agreement (the “Agreement”) dated May 15, 2026, under which the Company may, from time to time, offer and sell shares of its Common Stock (the “Shares”) having an aggregate value of up to $60.0 million, through its sales agent, Aegis Capital Corp. (the “Agent”). The Company’s ATM Sales Agreement for $50.0 million, which was entered into in November 2025, has terminated.

Sales of Shares, if any, will be made at or related to then-prevailing market prices and, as a result, prices may vary. The volume and timing of sales under the ATM program will be determined at the Company’s discretion. The Company expects to use any proceeds from the ATM program for general working capital and corporate purposes.

Company has $45M in cash!!!! So on a pre-split basis with 50M O/S this is valued at $1, on a post split basis with 2.5M O/S this should be trading at pps of $23 based on cash alone not accounting for other added assets company has. Icing on the cake is this has almost $0 liability so no conversions, this is freaking unbelievable guys and it is so undervalued!!!

It is rather goofy ! Actually they have 30 days below $1 before they are called on it. Then they have 180 days to comply to request. Some have even received a 2nd 180day grace period--though rare. Short volume is now at 53% of the float. If they exit about the same time this becomes a rocket !

If it keeps going down they will have to Rs again to stay in compliance.

Now 10 million in cash.Expenses are up because of the new businesses they inquired.Other than that,this is a company the is generating revenue.The loss per share needs to be addressed,but we'll see what the next quarter brings and what direction it goes.Yes, I see an RS coming in the future.At what ratio,I don't know.I think this is dead money until some questions are answered.Good luck and good trading.
