Indiana Community Bancorp (the “Registrant”) is filing this Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to Form S-8 to deregister all shares of the Registrant’s common stock, no par value per share, that remain unsold as of the date hereof under the Registration Statement on Form S-8 (File No. 33-99096) filed on November 8, 1995.
