Government Properties Income Trust, or the Company, adopted a Dividend Reinvestment and Cash Purchase Plan. Wells Fargo Bank, National Association will act as plan administrator. A copy of the Dividend Reinvestment and Cash Purchase Plan is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
