joint statement on Schedule 13G is being filed by FFI Fund Ltd. (FFI), FYI Ltd. (FYI), Olifant Fund, Ltd. (Olifant and collectively with FFI and FYI, the Funds), and
Bracebridge Capital, LLC (the Investment Manager), who are collectively referred to as the Reporting Persons. The Investment Manager is the investment manager of each of the Funds. The Reporting Persons have entered
into a Joint Filing Agreement, dated as of June 14, 2023, a copy of which is filed with this Schedule 13G as Exhibit 99.1 (which is incorporated herein by reference), pursuant to which the Reporting Persons have agreed to file this statement
jointly in accordance with the provisions of Rule 13d-1(k) under the Act.

As of the date hereof, the
Reporting Persons, in the aggregate, may be deemed to beneficially own 500,000 shares of Common Stock, which are included within an equal number of units issued by Edify Acquisition Corp. (the Issuer) on January 20, 2021 (the
Units). Each Unit consists of one share of Common Stock, and one-half of one redeemable warrant (the Redeemable Warrants). The Redeemable Warrants have an exercise price
of $11.50 per share of Common Stock. The Redeemable Warrants are not currently exercisable and become exercisable 30 days after the Issuers initial business combination, provided that certain additional conditions are met. The Redeemable
