Time to accumulate Liberty 😏

It seems like the Sales Management Team lacks vision and initiative. Offering a free demonstration at the Correspondence Dinner would have thwarted the shooter and provided worldwide notoriety for the company's Xwave. Several other recent incidents scream out that Liberty needs better thinkers to set a course. As for now, the company has no rudder or engine.

When they announced the split they probably had the price lock at that time so you cant go by todays valuation. So I will guess
the number will be 30 to 1. After 2 reverse splits that would put my break even at about $17- $20 a share. Ill fine tune that number after the news release.

You guys have to learn to RELAX... Impatient investors drive me insane. Every stock can't and won't 10x overnight. It takes time to build a money generating and sustainable company.

I dont know what the plan is to minimize the number of share reversal but it better include sales. Or it will be just like last time

Patience patience and more patience grass hopper... Nvidia was trading at 25 cents 25 years ago. It takes time to become a valuable company. Im not saying this stock will be an Nvidia, I was just using them as an example of patience.

For all the early hype regarding the product and the "management team" and board members, the word disappointing has new meaning. Another of my brilliant investments. Thankfully I grabbed silver while it was cheap.

Has everyone forgot about the HD-AIT upgrade kit LOI and potential contract? Thats a $100 million opportunity, which is HUGE!

Build the sales, and they will come.

They are going to raise when they IPO so if they hit their mark then they won't have to raise again for quite some time, which would limit dilution, hopefully. Thats what ive gathered from reading all of the press releases. We MUST IPO or Uplist in order to be a successful company. The OTC has a ceiling on companies like ours.

My guess is a 50 to 1 reverse which leaves about 1 1/2 mil shares outstanding hitting the nasdaq at $7.50ish. Yup plenty of room for issuing more stock a couple months after listing

Yes, not a lot of money pours into OTC stocks especially ones with hardly any sales. If they turn that around before attempting the NASDAQ listing that would be great. My concern is the reverse split part. I hardly think a stock with 4 or 5 mil share outstanding is attractive to large investors. to me it seems very easy for dilution.
If these scanners are so great and ARE going to sell like crazy they are better off with 200 mil shares out. JMO

If the goal of this company is to secure institutional investment and to get added to an ETF then the NASDAQ should be the only option. Institutional investors are NOT pouring or parking money in an OTC stock.

Liberty trades on the OTC QB market I was wondering if it would make more sense to bump up to OTC QX to avoid a reverse split in trying to go to the NASDAQ.
Either way bumping up to NASDAQ or OTC QX you have to have sales which we lack at this point.

Q1 is a pivotal quarter for this company. We will see how legit and serious this company will be by their sales in Q1 to the airports for the aviation worker screening program. This is year 3 of commercialization and they MUST deliver, no more excuses. 15-20 airports need/must order the Hexwave for me to feel good about the longevity of this company.

So tonight they announce news on their LIFE fund raising and to say its to close December 23rd instead of December 19th. The share structure could be as high as lets say 120 mil if all warrants exercised. Not a concern at all, they need the funds go for it.

The only thing to stop the sky slope is if these guys sell the heck out of the Hexwave which has been ready for a year now. Last year the politicians put a one year delay on demanding the purchase for airports employee scan. In the mean time others have been selling to public sites. I was at a Hospital in Philadelphia last week that has Evolvs dual lane and 2 single lane in about a 200ft area. Not bad for one building but this hospital has many buildings.

Yes I know that if they announce a government contract this stock will climb the mountain at the bottom of the sky slope but it is annoying as hell to see the lack of sales in the public sector which I dont doubt could be larger than government contracts.

The Company's three year shareprice chart looks like a ski slope. 

We will be ok if the funds are deployed smartly. (revenue enhancement,  production,  materials, etc) If it's to fund salaries, run away. I am impressed with the credentials of the board. Let's see if they can perform.

If you are talking about "Body scanners" I would have to say its a electronic replacement from what I remember. So the spiny thing would keep on spinning.
