These applicants were then put through an exhaustive 2-month selection process, climaxing with a 36-hour Outward Bound Live-in Program where candidates were challenged with corporate simulation scenarios under extreme physical and mental conditions. We finally chose two elites to join our 10-year Big Hairy Audacious Goal to become the largest IP service provider in Hong Kong by 2016.
