The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Blue Foundry Bancorp (the “Company”) was held on May 16, 2024. There were outstanding, as of the close of business
on April 5, 2024 (the record date for the annual meeting), 23,930,547 shares of Common Stock of the Company, each entitled to one vote per share, constituting the only class of shares entitled to vote at the meeting. There were present at the
