It is a strange statement to say he doesn’t know who is responsible, perhaps the plant is under contract to being sold? Perhaps Attis is being sold, perhaps Attis is declaring bankruptcy and is undertaking liquidation.

Atis purchased the Fulton New York Ethanol / Malt plant for $20
Million. It was appraised at $57 million. They later purchased a Biodiesel plant for $3.5 million?? It was valued at $10 million.
They may have a cost outlay of at least $23.5 million for the plants. The appraised value total of maybe $67 million. Total shares ( common ) 6,500,000.
$67 - $23.5 = $43.5 million / 6,500,000 = $6.69 per share max.
I’m sure there is much more cost that has to be deducted from the sale of the plants. Maybe receiving $1.00 per share ( reality ).

There is a CO2 bottling company located adjacent to the ethanol business however the ethanol business has been closed for over a year as they search for a new buyer. The gas company is Messer Americas Fulton plant https://www.messer-us.com/

In my opinion Attis has the resources to receive funding to restart. The potential environment to
make money at this time is near its best in 7 years. My recent post explains that. The only reason
to not begin the reopening is the intent to sell, they are missing an excellent time period to restart.

I messaged a corn supplier and he mentioned that there is no indication that Attis is restarting, and there has been a fire in one of the grain bins.

I have emailed Guy Clemons about a possible restart. Hopefully he will reply.

But if you are in possession of a 100mg/yr ethanol plant that can now become profitable, why would you sell? Start her up and get moving.

Ethanol futures have been over $2.00 for a year now. Corn prices are still quit high compared too year before, I was expecting a buyer of the Fulton and New Jersey plants? A Waiting game.

Why did this just show up in my Ameritrade account after being listed as a series of numbers for years after the previous company went to crap? It sys I have three shares worth 1334.08 each? I am confused. Oddly enough, this new ATIS company is right down the road from me. up here in NY.

Personal opinion; do your own research, company management specifically Cosman and crew, business endeavors initiated would be in the following areas: Biofuels, Cable Companies, Cypto, Healthcare, waste business, hand sanitizer. All thats materialized is investors have lost a ton of money, Zero sustainable revenue, stock delisting...in other words complete disaster. Many questions, that should be investigated, and accountability sought,

Wow that’s a bit messy. Hopefully legally this will only affect Attis Innovations and Attis biofuels Fulton and Clayton won’t be affected. Not sure if one entity can drag down the others.

Accordingly, the Company filed formal notice of default on June 30, 2019, alleging several events of breach, material misrepresentation,
fraudulent inducement, and irreparable harm. The parties subsequently negotiated a settlement agreement calling for
the payment by Attis to the Company of $3,000,000 in cash, the cancellation of the Attis Debenture, and the return of
100% of all right, title and interest in, to and under the equity of FC in exchange for the Company’s agreement to
execute a release of all claims against Attis and its affiliates. However, Attis there again failed to perform as agreed
and, effective February 17, 2021, the Company issued formal notice of termination to Attis, including a demand for
payment of outstanding amounts due under the SPA and related transaction documents, and restitution of all amounts
Attis received in connection with FC and its intellectual property rights. Attis has ignored the Company’s demand and
appears to have discontinued operations. Management is evaluating the Company’s rights and remedies in connection
with all matters involving Attis, and is unable to characterize or evaluate the probability of any outcome at this time.
