Arel Communications and Software and TierOne Telecommunications Ink Deal to Provide Tailored Subscription-Based Rich-Media Conferencing Services to Enterprise Clients Arel Communications and Software (NASDAQ: ARLC), technology leader in universal voice, video and data Web communication for interactive conferencing and collaboration, today announced that TierOne Telecommunications will host the Arel Spotlight(TM) application suite for enterprise customers. TierOne is a consulting and project management company currently providing a full range of business communications and telecom services to its clients. TierOne offers a broad portfolio of services including long distance service, local phone service, broadcast fax services, broadcast email, audio conference calling, T1 access, business phone systems, telecom wiring and cabling, and off-site data back-up. TierOne will offer Arel Spotlight via a subscription-based model where clients will pay for a specific number of seats with unlimited usage. The new platform is currently being offered to TierOne's 3000 existing customers and will be marketed towards several networking groups.
