Help for those just starting out with cheap Nasdaq stocks like this one that are getting ready to become "Big Boys":
When a stock pops like AMST because of the recent news they just released, there is initial interest in owning the stock. You may have paid upwards of $2.50 a share, plus or minus, the day it got it's pop.
Then comes the EXPECTED TAKEDOWN. Happens over and over ... time and time again. The Market Makers short (Naked short mostly) the stock as they did this, taking it down into the $1.50 range yesterday. They DO that for two primary reasons:
1): Acquire a ton of cheaper shares in their inventories to sell at much higher prices as the company prospers (That's the nature of their business, right?).
2): More than likely, there were a number of Institutional investors ("Deep pocket Institutional investors wanting to acquire cheaper shares as well. If they started acquiring shares the day of the news, the stock would have become way too expensive for their liking. So they work with the MM's to get the share price much lower like yesterday and maybe many days ahead yet, and once they have their allotment of cheap shares ... THEN the MM's will start a new leg up and the sky becomes the limit as to how HIGH the share price can climb.
With this company, depending on how their AI is wanted by the medical establishment, their is NO TELLING how high the share price can keep climbing as profits keep increasing, or a Big boy company buys them out, or they merge with a Big boy.
Wisdom: Hold onto your shares and wait these greedy bas*ards out. The stock will run when the MM's decide to let it run. No sooner.

Amesite’s NurseMagic™ Wins 2,700-Census Home Care Enterprise Customer
Enterprise Deployment Validates AI-Native Infrastructure Strategy and Proves Scalable, Cost-Efficient Execution in Non-Acute Care
DETROIT, May 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amesite Inc. (Nasdaq: AMST), developer of the AI-native NurseMagic™ documentation platform and EMR for non-acute care, today announced it has secured a new enterprise customer representing an approximately 2,700-patient census—its largest deployment to date and a major milestone in validating its enterprise strategy.
The customer will deploy NurseMagic™ AI documentation across its workforce to streamline workflows, integrate their EMR, and integrate with their electronic visit verification (EVV) workflow. The deployment is expected to significantly reduce the administrative burden that currently consumes up to 16 hours1 per caregiver per week.
This win represents a step-function increase in scale, substantially expanding NurseMagic™’s enterprise census footprint and demonstrating the platform’s ability to operate across complex organizations.
Dr. Ann Marie Sastry, Founder and CEO of Amesite, said, “This 2,700-census deployment validates the strength of our architecture. We are supporting multiple roles, layered permissions, EMR and EVV integration, and custom documentation across thousands of patients — without the heavy consulting, technology fees, and custom development that typically drive up pricing from legacy providers. Because NurseMagic™ is AI-first, automated, and configurable, we launch new customers quickly, without weeks or months of onboarding. This achievement reflects the successful transition from an assistive tool to core clinical infrastructure in the $1.5T+2-7 non-acute/post-acute market. For investors, it demonstrates that our platform scales into enterprise environments while preserving strong economics, even as we continue to maintain fiscal discipline.”
“We executed this deployment with the same financial discipline we have applied across the company over the last several quarters,” said Sarah Berman, Principal Finance and Accounting Officer. “By building NurseMagic™ as an AI-first, configurable platform, we have been able to automate work that historically required significant human support. That approach has contributed to approximately 18% reduction in operating spend over the last 6 quarters, while supporting a growing base of paying customers. As we scale into larger enterprises, we expect our automation efficiencies to continue to benefit our unit economics and support margin expansion over time.”
Madison Bush, Director of Corporate Operations, said “Our sales and marketing flows are delivering approximately 4,200 web visits per day and a steadily growing volume of inbound interest from providers who are actively seeking AI-first alternatives or improvements to legacy systems. We are already engaged in advanced discussions with additional organizations representing several thousand more patients in aggregate census — over 70% of which self-scheduled a demo on our website. Our recently announced major integration has made it easier for enterprises to see how NurseMagic™ fits into their existing infrastructure. Our digital engagement, and the strength of our pipeline gives us confidence that we can meet demand for AI-native, cost-efficient documentation at scale.”
With customers ranging from smaller providers to enterprise organizations with thousands of patient censuses, NurseMagic™ is now proven across the full spectrum of non-acute care operations.

Amesite Reports 63% Revenue Growth from NurseMagic™ Enterprise; Announces Launch of AI-Powered Government Form-Fill Automation to Reduce Reporting Burden
DETROIT, Sept. 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amesite Inc. (NASDAQ: AMST), a leading developer of AI-powered enterprise solutions, today announced 63% revenue growth for its NurseMagic™ platform following the launch of its census-based Enterprise subscription model on July 14, 2025. Enterprise sales have now surpassed B2C sales, reflecting rising demand from post-acute care providers seeking scalable, compliant technology designed to deliver full reimbursement rates. Amesite also announces the launch of its AI-powered automated form fill for required government forms.
"We’re no longer just selling to employees – we’re selling to serve every patient in the system and help organizations leverage AI technology as a true competitive advantage," said Brandon Owens, VP of Sales at Amesite. "That changes the game. The total addressable market is exponentially larger, and our pricing reflects the performance of our solution. Customers are choosing NurseMagic™ Enterprise to scale operations without adding staff, addressing one of the greatest costs in healthcare."
The announcement comes as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) prepares to mandate the Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) assessment this October – a regulatory overhaul expected to significantly increase documentation burden per patient and strain already thin hospice staffing cohort. Amesite’s AI-powered HOPE automation solution, within NurseMagic™ Enterprise, is designed to enable organizations to auto-populate complex forms, cut administrative time, and assure full reimbursements.
"The government’s scrutiny of documentation is intensifying, and many organizations are unprepared," said Kalie Wortinger, Senior Engineering Manager at Amesite. "With the HOPE requirement looming, providers are seeking a solution that enables compliant, reimbursable submission of documentation. NurseMagic™ Enterprise has modular intelligence that enables our customers to document compliantly, and to be fully reimbursed for the crucial work they do."
"We’ve taken an entirely different approach from traditional EMR vendors," said Dr. Ann Marie Sastry, CEO of Amesite. "Our platform reimagines how post-acute care organizations handle regulatory requirements, enabling them to leverage our AI-powered tools to scale operations without adding staff. We specifically designed our solution to be an essential edge for customers, in a highly competitive, and demographically inevitable, market."
The post-acute care market is growing faster than the acute care market at a CAGR of 8%.
