They are trying to drop the price so they can load up before new legislation comes out to legalize or they at least lie about new legislation to pump the stocks. There arebt a lot of bargains out there right now in other sectors. Perfect time to pump this for the pelosia of the world

Thanks ! Tomorrow I will call my brokerage and find out when, how much and cost of the shares I bought and sold. Can't just go into my account and look because records only go back two years. I still do not know if this lawsuit settlement will be worth my time.

Unfortunately I have to go where the trend is now. I don't have money to hold long term. Made bank in qub# and xrp. This is getting worse by the day. Their is no hope left for these companies now that Republicans will control the US Government.

Trick is to buy them before they go. I trade several stocks. Been playing crypto and space stock since they are hot now. In the meantime i can wait a few months for mj stocks to move again gl

Well it sounds good but does nothing to help with sales and actual full legalization. Now we have basically republicans running the show for the next 4 years so I guess don't count on the US for legalization for at least another decade. This is toast in my opinion

The hearing reclassified cannabis as a schedule three instead of schedule one. The car was originally supposed to happen the beginning of December 2024 now it's happening first quarter 2025

Hemp derived vape products like they sell in VA are horrible compared to cannabis vapes from legal states. They do not give you a real psychoactive high where your mind can relax. They seem to be quite the opposite and cause anger issues and have addiction qualities. The POS Governor in VA has been protecting the hemp industry and blocked store fronts for cannabis which were supposed to be open by now. He is also protecting alcohol sales because they have been embezzling money from the ABC(alcohol beverage control monopoly run by the state like al capone). ABC is being sued for false termination for firing employees who were whistle blowers.

ACB doesn’t need recreational legality in order to pop, just the rescheduling. ACB specializes on the medicinal side of the business and that’s what will aided greatly by the rescheduling. In fact, partial legality will help ACB more than full legality. This stock should explode at the end of the year when the rescheduling happens. The public comment session will end in early December. Then the rule change should happen by the end of the year. Now would be a good time to buy this stock at bargain prices in my opinion.

Trump endorsed recreational legalization in Florida. Huge news and not one person saying a word about it on this board. That's the biggest news this industry has heard in years other than the rescheduling which is just a way to keep arresting people and keep it illegal. They will now try and destroy weed stocks like they are doing with crypto to make Trump look bad. Anything he endorses is being attacked right now

They don't really need to pump MJ anymore. Too many other sectors running too hard. Plus they don't really need it for political purposes. Everyone's focus is on the economy and war. I doubt this stock does much for a long while

This is almost down to levels it was at when we had the two day crash two weeks ago. For some reason weed sticks never do well the smell day crypto pumps. I guess it's the same people in both segments selling one to buy the other

This was higher than cg# once again this morning. Pretty wild. Never thought I'd see that. Looks like their massive acquisitions in the beginning are starting to pay off.

I think cg* is now trying to artificially inflate their share price since acb is now equal and was actually higher a few times in the past few days.

We should be able to break that $5:00 resistance and move higher.
