    Change of Principal Share Registrar and Transfer Office



    The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited (the "Company") announces that with effect from 26 November 2008, the Principal Share
Registrar and Transfer Office of the Company will be changed to:-

    Appleby Management (Bermuda) Ltd.
    Argyle House, 41a Cedar Avenue,
    PO Box HM 1179,
    Hamilton HM11,
Bermuda

    Application for registration of transfer of shares of the Company in Bermuda should thereafter be lodged with Appleby Management
(Bermuda) Ltd. with effect from 26 November 2008. 

    The Company's International Branch Registrar shall remain unchange at Capita Registrar (Jersey) Limited with address at Victoria
Chambers, Liberation Square, 1/3 the Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.
