Directors' Shareholdings

WorkPlace was notified today of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") between certain Directors of the Company and members of their families, which took place on 14 December 2011.

Ian Lenagan acquired 4,782,400 Shares from Simon Lenagan and 4,782,963 Shares from Adrian Lenagan. Sarah Mills acquired 56,900 Shares from Ian Mills. Paul Wright acquired 200,000 Shares from Jennifer Wright. Mark Wright acquired 30,000 Shares from Jennifer Wright. Emma Wright acquired 30,000 Shares from Jennifer Wright. Jane Garrett acquired 741,430 ordinary shares from Nigel Garrett.

All of the above purchases of Shares were made for nil consideration.
