Virotec International plc (AIM: VTI) held its Annual General Meeting of
shareholders today.

All of the resolutions noted in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 30
March 2007 which accompanies the 2006 Annual Report were considered by the
meeting, and were approved by shareholders.
