The Board of Directors of SLF
Realisation Fund Limited is pleased to announce that it has
resolved to return an amount of: (i) 0.5 pence per share to
Ordinary Shareholders, being £1.8m based on the current number of
ordinary shares in issue; and (ii) 2.25 pence per share to C
Shareholders, being £3.1m based on the current number of C shares
in issue (the "Distributions").
The Distributions will be effected
by way of an issue of redeemable B shares and D shares to existing
Ordinary Shareholders and C Shareholders, respectively, pro-rata to
their shareholding on the record date set out below and the
subsequent redemption of those shares.
It is expected that the timetable
for the Distributions will be as follows:
