Completion of Partial Mandatory Redemption

Further to the announcement on 11 October 2013, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") announces that it today completed a pro rata partial mandatory redemption of its shares (the "Redemption") by redeeming 8,211,740 Company shares, or approximately 96.22% of the outstanding share capital. Therefore, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 322,625 shares, such figure to be used as the denominator for determining notification obligations.

Following the Redemption, from today the Company's shares will carry a new ISIN of GG00BFH56B54.

As set out in the circular published 11 October 2013, the Company will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on 11 November 2013 to seek shareholder approval to undertake a liquidation of the Company (including any final distribution) and to cancel the Company's admission to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that the trading of the Company's shares will be suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 11 November 2013 and, subject to shareholder approval, the listing will be cancelled on 19 November 2013. The final distribution of all remaining assets of the Company, after paying expenses of liquidation, will occur on or about 22 November 2013.
