Further re Mandatory Offer for Deutsche Real Estate AG by Unifinter 
Administratiekantoor B.V. ("Unifinter") 
 
 
Further to the announcement on 7 May 2009 regarding the mandatory offer for 
Summit Germany's subsidiary, Deutsche Real Estate AG ("DRE"), by Unifinter ("the 
DRE Offer"), an offer document has today been published in Germany setting out 
details of the DRE Offer, which values the entire issued share capital of DRE at 
approximately EUR10.4m. 
 
 
The subsidiaries of Summit Germany that hold, in aggregate, 78.98 per cent. of 
the issued share capital of DRE, have agreed not to accept the DRE Offer.
