global companies, today announced that Paul J. McNulty, partner at
the Washington, DC office of Baker & McKenzie LLP, has joined
the SAI Global Compliance Law and Ethics Advisors. Mr. McNulty,
former U.S. Deputy Attorney General and author of the "McNulty
Memorandum", specializes in business crimes and investigations and

matters. He also leads internal investigations and provides
vigorous defense of corporate criminal allegations in a complex US

McNulty held high-level positions in federal and state government
and played a leading role in shaping U.S. law enforcement policy.

Department of Justice, Mr. McNulty authored the controlling
