Approval of final dividend

Following the approval of its shareholders at today's AGM, Rotork Plc declares
its final dividend for the year 2000 of 7.8p per share which, with the interim
dividend of 4.4p per share, will produce a total dividend per ordinary share
of 12.2p, payable on 29th May 2001 to shareholders on the register on 30 March
2001.
