Roquefort Therapeutics (LSE:ROQ, OTCQB: ROQAF), the Main Market
listed biotech company focused on developing first in class
medicines in the high value and high growth oncology market , is
pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting
("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly
passed.
The resolutions were put to shareholders via a poll, the results
of which were as follows:

The total number of ordinary shares in issue on 27 June 2023,
the deadline for casting votes by proxy in advance of the AGM, was

of the resolutions put to the AGM.
