Notice of Annual General Meeting

Pivot Entertainment Plc (AIM: PVT), a transatlantic media and entertainment company, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 July 2011 at 11.00am. The meeting will be held at the offices of the Company, Communications House, 8(th) Floor, 48 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7QD.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent out to shareholders today.
