                                ("the Company")                                

On 20 September 2005, the Company was informed that Mr James Poulton now holds
7,100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company (the "Shares") or 4.96% of the
Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed that as at 19 September 2005, following a stock
transfer by Schweco Nominees Limited, Cairns Investment Holdings Limited hold
2,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company being 1.75% of the Company's
issued share capital, and Cotmanfields Limited hold a total of 7,000,000
Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company being 4.89% of the Company's issued
share capital.
