On 20 June 2005, the Company was informed that on 2 June 2005 Mr James Poulton
purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company (the "Shares") with a
resultant total holding of 2,500,000 Shares or 4.3% of the Company's issued
share capital.
