                     Total Voting Rights and Share Capital



In order to comply with the Transparency Directive's Chapter 5, the Company
notifies the market of the following:



Subsequent to the issue and admission of 2,430,500 new ordinary shares on 6
November 2007 and 6,927,500 new ordinary shares on 7 November 2007 the total
number of ordinary shares of 5p each of Myhome in issue is now 63,546,020.



There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in
the Company is currently 63,546,020.



The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
