I agree. Even a $100M upfront payment will lend a ton of credibility. It does not have to be half a billion or billion dollar in upfront payment.

Having said that, LP has already signaled not to expect upfront payment. In fact, my prediction is big pharma won’t even PR combo partners

I agree it could drop the share price. It all depends how it’s structured and how dilutive. Also what news coincides with it. If it does drop significantly, I’ll happily accumulate more shares.
