PDMR Dealings & Issue of
Options
The Company announces that, on 30 July 2024,
the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 1,146 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 1415p per share to
certain PDMRs as detailed below.
