Directors' Shareholdings 
 
 
 
 
Invocas has been notified that Bob Lewis, Non-Executive Director of the Company, 
has today disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company by way of gift to 
the Abbey House Settlement which is a Charitable Settlement. Mr Lewis and his 
wife are both trustees of the Settlement. 
 
 
Accordingly, Mr Lewis' overall shareholding in Invocas remains unchanged at 
2,206,385 ordinary shares representing 7.72 per cent. of the entire issued share 
capital of the Company, He is now beneficially interested in 826,385 ordinary 
shares and non-beneficially interested in 1,380,000 ordinary shares.
