Board Augmentation
iEnergizer Limited (AIM:IBPO.L), an international and full
service Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas (Nick) David Saul and Mrs
Elizabeth (Liz) Anne Powell as Independent Non-Executive Directors
of the Company, with immediate effect.
Liz brings significant experience in advising entities with
large international operations and workforces. She currently holds
Directorships across a number of companies with diverse
international assets, and is Human Resources & Operations
Director at BachmannHR Group Ltd, a major Guernsey based
independent fiduciary. Liz holds an accredited qualification from
the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Nick has deep expertise in international operations and has
built his career primarily in the maritime industry. Having started
his career as a Merchant Navy Officer with Texaco in 1980, today he
provides consultancy services and strategic business development
support to businesses operating in the maritime and aviation
industries. Nick has a BSc in Maritime Commerce and is an Associate
Fellow of the Nautical Institute and a Chartered Member of The
Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Christopher de Putron and Mark De La Rue, who have been on the
Board as Non-Executive Directors since December 2011, are stepping
down from their roles to pursue other business interests, with
immediate effect.
Bachmann Corporate Services Limited has been appointed to act as
Company Secretary for iEnergizer and the registered iEnergizer
office is now PO Box 112, St Martins House, Le Bordage, St Peter
Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EA.
Marc Vassanelli, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of
iEnergizer, commented:

dissolved in August 2010 following a creditors voluntary
liquidation that commenced in March 2009 and with an estimated
shortfall to creditors of approximately GBP240,000.

Companies.
