                                 Board Changes 
 
Following the takeover offer by Berjaya being declared wholly unconditional on 
23 September 2013, Jon Walden, the Chairman, has decided to step down from the 
Board with immediate effect. 
 
Debbie Hewitt, Senior Independent Director, will chair the Board until a new 
Chairman is appointed. 
 
Debbie Hewitt said: 'Jon joined the Board in January 2010 and was instrumental 
in initiating the subsequent strategic changes in the business which have 
delivered significant shareholder value. On behalf of the Board I would like to 
thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future.'
