Grant of options



Hurlingham plc (the "Company") announces that it has made the following grants
of options to directors and other officers of the Company:

The above options are exercisable at any time for a period of 10 years expiring
on 28 April 2015.


Andrew Blurton has exercised his rights in connection with 25,440 Ordinary
Shares of 75p each ("Ordinary Shares") in relation to the options granted above.
In addition the Company has placed 4,560 Ordinary Shares with Andrew Blurton for
cash at a price of 95p per share. This takes Mr Blurton's holding to 35,000
Ordinary Shares which represents 1.66% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has applied for 30,000 Ordinary Shares, which were issued pursuant
to the exercise of share options and placed for cash as detailed above, to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange.

The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the
Company. Trading in the new shares is expected to commence on 6 May 2005.  The
total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading will then be
2,105,606.
