Lifting of Suspension

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 September 2013 and the publication of the Company's Final Results for the year ended 30 September 2012 and the Half Yearly Report for the six months ended 31 March 2013 earlier today, the Company is pleased to announce that the suspension to trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be lifted and that trading in the Company's 5,580,511 ordinary shares of 5p each (pursuant to the share capital reorganisation) will commence at 8:00 a.m. today, 2 October 2013.
