      Significant Shareholdings, Directors' Dealings amd Placing of Shares

The Board of Tower announces that on 12 October 2004 the Company placed
8,957,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") for 4.9p each
(the "Placing"). Application will made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. The proceeds of the placing will be used by the Company,
together with its other cash balances, to provide additional working capital for
the Company.

The Board of Tower was informed on 12 October 2004 that Griffin Group plc
("Griffin") on 5 October 2004 transferred part of its holding of warrants to
subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company to Vincent Nicholls and Global
Investments Limited ("Global") pursuant to the service arrangements in force in
respect of the services provided by Vincent Nicholls and Stephen Dean as
directors of Griffin. Global is a company in which Stephen Dean has a
discretionary interest.

The Board of Tower announces that on 7 October 2004, the following
warrantholders wished to exercise their warrants in the Company and were
authorised to sell the ordinary shares exercised pursuant to the warrants on the
exercise of the exercise monies:

The Board of Tower was informed on 12 October 2004 that on 5 October 2004 Global
sold 366,667 Tower Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") and on 6 October 2004 a
further 100,000 Shares, resulting in a total holding of 200,000 Shares, or 1.01%
of the total issued share capital.
