The Board of Griffin Group was notified on 8 June 2004, that on 4 June 2004
Libertas Capital purchased 2,635,295 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company
(the "Ordinary Shares"). The purchase, which constitutes Libertas Capital's
total holding in the issued share capital of the Company, represents a
percentage holding of 6.67%.
