Fenner  PLC has today been informed that M&G Group PLC  has  a
notifiable  interest  in the Company  under  Part  VI  of  the
Companies  Act 1985 as amended by the Disclosure of  Interests
in Shares (Amendment) Regulations 1993, of 11,972,387 Ordinary
Shares  representing  11.71%  of the  Companys  issued  share
capital.
