Supplementary Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 347,024 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares")
to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange under the
block listing facility.



This application supercedes the application that had been made on 26th July 2005
which was withdrawn.



These shares are being reserved under a block listing in respect of the Long
Term Share Incentive Plan and an Executive Share Option Scheme as follows:



Scheme Shares



Long term Share Incentive Plan                             205,316



Executive Share Option Scheme                              141,708



When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
