                           Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary
Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange
under the block listing facility.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing in respect of a Long Term
Share Incentive Plan and an Executive Share Option Scheme as follows:

Scheme Shares

Long Term Share Incentive Plan 800,000
Executive Share Option Scheme 200,000

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
