Further to the announcements of 23 September and 28 September regarding the 
appointment of administrators to 1st Dental Laboratories Plc ("1st Dental") and 
its subsidiaries (together "the Group"), the directors of 1st Dental can confirm 
that Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, in its capacity as administrator to the 
Group, has disposed of the operational assets of the Group for an undisclosed 
sum. 
 
Leonard Curtis will be contacting shareholders and creditors in due course with 
details of the financial position of the Group companies and the likely level of 
distribution available to members.
