DIRECTOR DISCLOSURE



Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that Photo
Distribution Ltd ("PDL"), of which EPE director George Allnutt is a director and
shareholder, acquired 50,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at
6.9p per share on 27 July 2006. Following the acquisition, PDL holds 175,000
Shares, equal to 0.4% of the Company.
